StartCloudOps provides business reputation and customer review management tooling. Our services allow business owners to monitor public reviews from connected profiles (including Google Business Profile), draft AI-assisted responses via Google Gemini, analyze customer feedback trends, and generate direct review links for customers.

policy3. Google Business Profile & Third-Party API Compliance

Users who link their Google Business Profile accounts agree to comply with:

• Google Business Profile Policies & Guidelines
• Google Maps User Contributed Content Policy
• Users agree not to use the Service for review gating, fraudulent review solicitation, automated review spam, or manipulating customer sentiment.

payments4. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellations

Certain features are billed on a recurring per-location subscription basis (e.g. ₹200 for 30 days per active location). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel renewal at any time via your billing dashboard; access remains active until the expiration of the current billing cycle. Each account (email address) gets one 14-day free trial, for one location; other locations are billed from the start. Refunds and cancellations are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and how the service is delivered in our Service Delivery Policy.

Review reply suggestions generated by our AI engine are automated suggestions. The business owner retains full responsibility for reviewing, editing, approving, and publishing all review replies to public listings.
