Service Delivery Policy

StartCloudOps Review is online software (Software as a Service). Nothing is shipped physically. The service is used in your web browser at review.startcloudops.in on a computer or phone.

• Account: available immediately after sign-up and email verification.
• Your reviews: appear within a few minutes of connecting your Google Business Profile.
• Free trial: starts automatically when a location connects Google for the first time.
• Paid subscription: active immediately after a successful payment. The paid period is shown on the Billing page.

Confirmation of each payment is shown on screen and sent by Razorpay to your email.

There are no shipping or delivery charges. The subscription price is the only charge.

If you paid but the location does not show as active, or you cannot sign in, contact us and we will fix it within one working day. If we cannot restore access, the refund policy applies.
